Gale W. Maiden, PLS (1947-2020) began his career in land surveying in 1967. Mr. Maiden founded Arc Surveyors and established a track record of consistently delivering projects within budget and ahead of schedule, utilizing many years of experience in construction, commercial and residential projects.

C. Neil Shepherd, PLS is a Partner of the firm. Mr. Shepherd is a licensed professional land surveyor and a FEMA Certified Floodplain Surveyor (CFS) with 30 years of experience focused on commercial and residential development projects. Mr. Shepherd serves on the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors (NCSS) and is a member of the National Society of Professional Surveyors (NSPS). Mr. Shepherd has been awarded First Place in the NCSS statewide mapping contest for ALTA surveys.

Jason O. Wall, PLS is a Partner of the firm. Mr. Wall is a licensed professional land surveyor with 25 years of surveying experience and is a member of the North Carolina Society of Surveyors (NCSS). Mr. Wall has been awarded First Place in the NCSS statewide mapping contest for boundary surveys.
