Land Survey Technicians work under the supervision of a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Job duties include: working as crew member on a survey field crew; performing GPS control surveys; performing topographic, location and boundary surveys; providing construction layout and staking at construction job sites; performing other duties as directed.

CAD/Mapping Technicians work under the supervision of a licensed Professional Land Surveyor. Job duties include: researching and obtaining GIS data, deeds, and various other property data; preparation of pre-survey search maps; processing field data points; preparation of preliminary maps for review; computing layout points from engineering design plans for construction staking.
